Natsumi Tan

Natsumi holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts with an International Relations Major from Waseda University, with a year-long exchange at the University of California, Davis. Being half Chinese-Singaporean, half Japanese from Singapore, she is trilingual in English, Japanese, and Mandarin and is highly adaptable. Previous work experience across Singapore, Japan, and the U.S. includes: diplomacy and communications at the UK Embassy, lobbying, strategic partnerships, business development, and academic and market research. At the ANZCCJ, she aims to deepen her understanding of Australia-New Zealand-Japan relations within the broader APAC context and apply learning lessons to public-private partnership engagements moving forward.
