The ANZCCJ Young Professionals Community aims to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the Australia, New Zealand and Japan business community by acting as a platform for accessing and sharing information and career advice, in addition to facilitating networking and professional development opportunities.

The Chamber recognises the profound importance of youth engagement and development, thus is committed to nurturing ambitious young professionals through this community using the collective connections and expertise of our extensive membership, consisting of professionals who have excelled in their careers, and the thoughtful guidance of the dedicated ANZCCJ Secretariat.

Although membership of the Young Generation Program is open to anyone who wishes to participate, the community is targeted towards university students and early-career professionals, with more established professionals taking a mentorship role as “Sempai Professionals”.
