Lenny Dowling

Lenny is a Third-year International Relations/Law student minoring in Japanese at the Australian National University. He is also a Westpac Asian Exchange Scholar, having recently returned from a 2025 exchange semester at Keio University in Tokyo. His work experience includes strategic reviews of digital exposure and online safety for school executive teams, as well as paralegal work with an Australian community legal clinic. Lenny looks forward to cultivating a depth of knowledge and capability in the Australia-Japan space, with a view to contributing to Australia’s diplomatic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific.
